Coordinating department meetings by scheduling Outlook meeting invites, ensuring room scheduling and availability, and arranging for all meals and breaks.
Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Providing excellent written and oral communication in both English and Spanish.
Utilizing intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Being a self-starter, open to suggestions and innovation for improvement.
Collaborating with a team, being a quick learner, and capable of changing course quickly as needed.
Managing supplier contracts.
Utilizing SAP for daily tasks.

Requisitos Requirements
Have a Bachelor's degree in office systems or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
Have experience in Sales and Marketing organizations (preferred).
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Are computer literate with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
SAP knowledge is a MUST.
Available Monday to Friday from 8-5 or 9-6 PM, based on business needs.
May have the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days, but must be willing to work on-site all days based on business needs.
