Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to audit timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Supervise audit teams and provide guidance and direction to staff members throughout the audit process. Mentor junior staff, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
Perform audit procedures in accordance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred but not required.
7+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit engagements.
Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Experience leading and supervising audit teams, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
