DescripciónDescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and reliable bilingual (Spanish and English) individual to manage a private home and ensure smooth daily operations. This live-in role offers free accommodation in a comfortable private space. From October to February, you’ll assist a couple who visits every other week. During the off-season, the schedule is flexible. Your tasks include preparing the home for guests, providing basic meal and beverage service, and maintaining the property. The accommodation is a first-floor back bedroom. Key responsibilities include overseeing property maintenance (landscaping, minor repairs), preparing meals according to dietary preferences, managing grocery shopping and inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with entertaining guests. We also own an Airbnb next door which requires cleaning and/or private catering for guests for extra compensation. Discretion and confidentiality are essential; applicants must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Requisitos Requirements**Qualifications:** - **Fluent in both Spanish and English** (written and spoken) - Prior experience in property management, housekeeping, and meal preparation - Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of electrical, lumbing, and landscaping tasks - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent cooking skills with a variety of cuisines
