In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive legal support and assistance, administrative support in tasks related to sales tax filing under the supervision of the Director of Finance, and other legal - related matters.

Requisitos Requirements
What will you do?
Conduct legal research on issues pertinent to the companys operations, legal and all mandatory compliance requirements
Analyze legal documents and contracts and suggest recommendations if necessary
Review and summarize regulations applicable to the company
Draft and review legal documents relevant to the operations of the company
Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents
File sales taxes in compliance with the applicable sales tax regulations
Collaborate with the Director of Finance to ensure accurate and timely submission of sales tax documents
Stay informed about changes in industry regulations, sales tax laws, and other applicable laws
Monitor and manage legal deadlines related to the activities of the company
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies
