DescripciónDescriptionThe Quality Control Manager will be responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining a project quality control program and ensuring that the project is built in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. The role will provide the project administration and support to a Project Manager. This Quality Control Manager job description is intended to describe the general content and requirements for performance of this job. Probationory period: 6 months
Requisitos Requirements• We are looking for a graduate Civil Engineer or graduate Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction related work.
• Possess a current US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Management Certificate (or the ability to obtain the certificate issued by the USACE). Must have attended a professionally accredited QC Management course (e.g. conducted by the US Army Corp of Engineers or Naval Facility Engineering Command, including a current certification within the last 5 years.) Candidates who do not possess the CQM-C certificate must have the ability to earn it. Final employment is conditioned upon getting the certificate.
• Proven skills in the following: leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning, and organization.
• Proficiency in all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality and productivity for the Project Team.
