Precio San Diego Project Management We are looking for a graduate Civil Engineer or graduate Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction related work.
Possess a current US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Management Certificate (or the ability to obtain the certificate issued by the USACE). Must have attended a professionally accredited QC Management course (e.g. conducted by the US Army Corp of Engineers or Naval Facility Engineering Command, including a current certification within the last 5 years.) Candidates who do not possess the CQM-C certificate must have the ability to earn it. Final employment is conditioned upon getting the certificate.
Proven skills in the following: leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning, and organization.
Proficiency in all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality and productivity for the Project Team.
