1.General cleaning and maintenance of buildings (interior and exterior),including parking lots.
Installation and replacement of slabs, carpets, and water pipes as needed.
Handle repairs and maintenance of building and restroom plumbing systems.
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and other parts of the building. Prepare the surfaces to be painted by washing them,filling holes and cracks with putty and sanding them until they are smooth.
Operate tools and machines such as:pressure washing machine,electric drills, grinders and saws.
Perform minor welding tasks using appropriate tools and techniques,ensuring strong and precise joints on metal components.
Measure,cut,install gypsum board for walls and ceilings,ensuring alignment and stability.
Perform preventive maintenance for fire extinguishers,cleaning roofs,ducts,drains and any other work of lower safety risk.

Requisitos Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Professional certification in welding or a related field is required.
2. Previous experience as a "Handyperson", with specific skills in painting, welding and installation of gypsum boards.
3. Proficient in the use of tools and equipment needed to weld, cut, shape, and install drywall.
4. Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
5. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects (no more than 35 pounds).
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Knowledge in the use of basic equipment, such as drills, hand saws, pressure washing equipment, and other required equipment or tools.
