Security Products company is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to Manages the relationship between key customers and the company.
• Builds strong relationships with established key customers by staying in constant communication and providing technical direction to ensure day-to-day and long-term needs are met.
• Provide responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
• Daily product tracking within the Company’s and 3rd-party warehouses and address any occurrences while solving them both constructively and efficiently.
• Activity reports results, status of accounts, inventories, etc.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and oversee/address invoices.

Requisitos Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Demonstrated previous experience in managing e-commerce platforms and implementing online sales strategies (2-3 years)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of online security practices and regulatory compliance.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with a high level of accuracy.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of SAP, Amazon and Walmart online is a plus
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
