Requisitos Requirements ROLE DESCRIPTION This is a contract role for a Junior Estimator. As a Junior Estimator, you will beresponsible for assisting in the estimation and cost analysis of constructionprojects. You will collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to gatherproject specifications, analyze data, and prepare accurate estimates. This is anon-site role based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. PRINCIPAL REQUIRED TASKS Estimates Prepare Presentation / reports of Scope of work for bidding projects Take-off quantities digital + from the different divisions such as those in theCSI Master Format specs. Prepare concept generators & breakdown cost. Create construction budgets in Excel in L.E.M.S.O. format Prepare project schedule in MS Project. Elaborate partial estimates for change orders in current company projects. Coordinate submittals with suppliers & subcontractors compling with project specifications to feed submittal log. Quotations request and record. D
