DescripciónDescription Manage confidential and sensitive information related to functions and the guidelines of the services and research activities. Design, develop, plan, coordinate and implement the workforce expansion activities of the project according to the priorities of the programmatic activities, as required the grant and following the Project Manager and PI/PD guidance. Using their judgment and professional skills, develop the logistics of activities, products, and related initiatives to implement the H/Ls workforce expansion in the behavioral health field as required the grant. Coordinate, prepare, and perform virtual and face to face meetings in PR or US with targeted officials from the government local, state, and federal agencies, universities, hospitals, and community organizations providing behavioral health services for H/Ls, among others.

Requisitos Requirements Master Degree in public administration, psychology industrial. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written). Outstanding communication, organizational, time management, and personnel supervision skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and manage multiple deadlines. Robust analytical, managerial and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team environment. Ability to participate in cohesive work groups while also able to work independently with minimum supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
