As the Process Improvement Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing process improvement for Packing, Warehouse and Blending/Loadout departments. The focus for this role will be to improve operational efficiency and cost in the production area. ?To succeed, you must be able to:
- Organize, prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting or exceeding deadlines
- Learn and apply new technology, and share your knowledge with others
- Support the execution of capital projects within the Packing, Warehouse and Blending/Loadout departments.
- Participate and lead process improvement initiatives including Centerlining, Preventative Maintenance, Pristine, 5S and ELEMEDS (Every Load, Every Mill, Every Day Safely)

Requisitos Requirements
- 3 or more years of direct experience in food manufacturing or similar
- Intermediate level knowledge of packaging equipment, programming, and process improvement systems
- Trouble shooting experience in operations for the purpose of optimization
- Prior experience in project development from a cost/risk analysis, project management, and project implementation, develop capital project planning cost/benefit analysis, projecting return on investment and interface with the Engineering department for capital development, and project execution
- Demonstrated understanding of safety hazards and protocols
- Understanding of computerized maintenance management systems
- Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Engineering, Packaging, or other transferable focus
- Prior experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
