- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other
financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting
and procedural standards.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries.
- Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.
- Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting
systems, making use of current computer technology.
- Audit payroll and personnel records to determine unemployment insurance
premiums, workers' compensation coverage, liabilities, and compliance with tax
laws.
- Performs, in accordance with the company's need for service, other
responsibilities or additional performance duties as required by his/her position
or as assigned.

Requisitos Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a position with related duties in this
area.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks and/or other accounting software skills.
- Bilingual- English and Spanish language
