Important company extends a vacancy for: Technical Services Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Supervise personnel in charge of the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in production processes.
Manage packaging operations and ensure compliance with efficient processes.
Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging equipment, diagnostics, and configuration of instrumentation systems, as well as staff training.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with availability for weekends if necessary.
Salary:
$41,000.00 to $46,000.00 depending on experience.
Location:
Mayagüez, PR.

Requisitos Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in controls.
Experience in operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
Knowledge of basic PLC, controls, instrumentation, and pneumatic systems.
Minimum 3 years of experience in process systems, filling, and packaging maintenance.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to write documents, read, and speak in public.
Problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict management skills.
Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar position.
