DescripciónDescription GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for coordinating the Program, ensuring compliance with all procedures, policies, program indicators, and quality services, as well as collecting, monitoring, and reporting grant outcome and results data. Assess the impact of the program on the participants and evaluate the programs using different measurement tools and methods to ensure quality standards.

Requisitos Requirements SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority and skill of personnel. Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
