Support strategic financial decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Key responsabilities include:
- Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial forecasts and budgeting.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and provide insight.
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger.
- Cost Analysis
- Develop financial models for business perfomance, mergers & acquisitions, and capital investment decisions.

Requisitos Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software (ERP systems and JD Edwards).
- Fully bilingual.
