• Perform Administrative Assistant tasks for the Warehouse Department
• Assist to insure the efficiency, cleanliness, orderliness and health standards of the warehouse and food pantry are maintained assuring that work areas are organized, clean, safe and free from clutter. • Manage deliveries and receiving’s corresponding tasks. • Store, record, and analyze data and information using accounting software
• Follow-up with supplier and carrier inquiries. • Classify, compute, and record numerical data so that financial records can be accurately completed and data figures can be validated • Handle additional duties as requested. • Work with warehouse personnel directly following up in order deliveries and processes.• Maintain and update all daily truck routes for deliveries and pick-ups. • Able to accept extra assignments as requested with possible evening and weekend work.

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
Responsible and Organized. Candidate must establish work priorities, be adaptable/flexible to multiple tasks, compose internal/external correspondence and other documentation in a professional manner; express ideas constructively, actively listen to others, manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, display a cooperative attitude, follow all company, job specific and safety policies/procedures and attend/use all required training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office a must
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Full-Time Position
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in an accounting/accounts payable environment
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
