We are looking for a skilled Electrical General Foreman/Electrical Foreman to
supervise the construction and commissioning of an electrical switchgear
substation, including the control room. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience in electrical construction projects, strong leadership abilities, and a
commitment to safety and quality.
Requisitos - Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Trade certification or journeyman status in
electrical work is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or General Foreman in electrical
construction projects, preferably in substation construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment installation, and construction
techniques.
- Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a diverse team of workers and
subcontractors.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry best practices.
- Effective communication skills to interact with project team members, clients,
and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to
changing project requirements.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and project success.
