Descripcion
The Civil Project Superintendent is accountable for the comprehensive management and coordination of all civil construction activities on site. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, within the designated schedule, budget constraints, and adhered to required quality standards. The Superintendent will lead and supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators while facilitating effective communication with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

Requisitos - Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for an associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in civil construction, with demonstrated supervisory experience. A robust understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment is essential. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications is required, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A strong comprehension of safety regulations and OSHA standards is also essential. The ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment is crucial. Computer proficiency, including knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project), is advantageous. A valid driver's license is necessary.
