• Bookkeeping: Track income and expenses, enter data into accounting software, and keep accurate records.
• Client Invoicing: Create and send invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Time Tracking: Log and organize hours per project/client for accurate billing.
• Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, site visits, and personal appointments; send timely reminders.
• Meeting & Site Support: Join meetings and job sites to take notes, photograph key details, and document important info.
• Email Management: Draft and organize emails, flag priorities, and maintain professional, timely communication.
• Administrative Organization: Keep digital/physical files in order, support workflow improvements, and manage daily office tasks.
• (Optional) Design Support: Assist with digital drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).

Requisitos - Requirements
Requirements:
• Degree or coursework in architecture or interior design preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and at least one architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and invoicing platforms (QuickBooks or similar)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
• Owns a laptop with necessary software installed (preferred)
• Owns a vehicle and has a valid driver’s license
• Punctual, professional in appearance and attitude, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Calm, proactive, and willing to take initiative in a supportive role
