This role ensures that HR activities align with business goals, comply with regulations, and foster a positive working environment. Requisitos - Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR related roles. Previous experience in recruitment, employee relations, or performance management is a plus.
• Skills:
o Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
o Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
