The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for reviewing all orders received in Medtrac and updating all patient accounts for any inaccurate billing discrepancies. Monitor all orders received to ensure timely billing. Identify and monitor all orders for duplicate items or accounts, equipment losses and warehouses orders.

Requisitos - Requirements
1. High school Degree
2. Minimum 2 years of billing experience
3. Knowledge of durable medical equipment and Pharmacy
4. Managed care payer, HMO and Medicare knowledge preferred***
5. Fee for service and capitation Knowledge
6. Authorization extension knowledge.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook)
9. Ability to work independently and to carry out all assignments to completion within the instruction provided
10. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
11. Maintain company’s compliance with patient information and documents.
12. Supports and participates in the mandatory Corporate Compliance Program training initiative on an annual or more frequent basis, as required
