Descripcion
The Home Health Billing Audit Clerk reviews records to identify all requirements are present and creates claims for billing. Also is responsible for ensuring the file has been audited by quality and that all necessary orders/documents are present as an attachment in the record. This person works hand in hand with agency quality, care managers, director of nursing and billing department by notifying of upcoming deadlines for timely billing and making the necessary calls requesting necessary documents.

Requisitos - Requirements
1. Possession of a high school diploma, GED or recognized
2. Two (2) years of general clerical experience.
3. At least one (1) year of previous health care related billing audit experience, preferably in home health care billing.
4. Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
