Administrative Assitant
• BBA in Business Administration / Office Systems or related.
• Five or more years of job related experience. Must be a goal getter, organized and customer service oriented.
• Interpreting, applying and explaining complex information such as regulations, policies or services; independently solving problems/performing liaison activities in a work setting; coordinating activities requiring complex arrangements.
• Balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy, thoroughness, with attention to detail and quality of content with limited supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality; strong interpersonal skills; maintain pleasant and professional demeanor at all times; solve problems and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Focused, diligent, energetic; good people's skills.
