We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be comfortable working both in the field and remotely. This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks while still engaging in fieldwork and project collaboration as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform land surveys and prepare detailed survey reports for various civil engineering projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create and modify survey drawings, plans, and models.
• Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, ensuring high-quality and accurate results.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver survey data for design and construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and surveying standards.
• Prepare legal descriptions and plats for land development and property acquisitions.
• Analyze and interpret survey data, identifying any discrepancies and proposing solutions.
• Provide support for project planning and permitting processes.
• Travel to job sites as needed for field surveys, including occasional overnight stays.
• Maintain organized records of survey data, documents, and drawings.
