We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Plant Accountant to join our team. The Plant Accountant will be responsible for tracking and evaluating day-to-day activities at the plant, including analysis of financial information and reports to determine or maintain the plant’s record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities. Our ideal candidate has solid knowledge of GAAP, superior analytical skills, and a keen understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and financial reporting. Ultimately, the Plant Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial management of the plant in alignment with our company’s financial goals and objectives.

Requisitos - Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferable in a manufacturing environment
• Display analytical, problem-solving and process improvement competencies
• Knowledge of accounting systems (AX AND Net Suite is a plus)
• Must have advanced Excel skills
• Fully Bilingual for effective communication
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
