Allied Car Rental is a Car Rental company Established 35 year ago in Puerto Rico. We are dedicated to daily vehicle rental, corporate rental and truck rental.
The Team Leader or Supervisor is the liaison between management and daily rental operation. Its main responsibilities include directing the work group to goals established, assist the manager in providing assistance with the day to day operation, monitor car inventory and availability, assist customer service inquires if required, report noncompliance to management and Human Resources for follow up.

Requisitos - Requirements
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Energetic, approachable, and a team player who leads with enthusiasm.
Highly proficient with computers and rental systems, demonstrating excellent technical skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong command of numerical accuracy and reporting.
Dependable, punctual, and always prepared to take on responsibilities with a positive, professional attitude.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) to support our diverse team and customer base.
A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Previous experience supervising personnel is requiered.
Previous experience in the car rental industry is preffered.
