This role is a blend of customer relationship management, technical design, and production oversight, ensuring that we continue delivering top-tier solutions to our customers.
Some of the Key Responsibilities are:
Act as the main point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the precision tooling sector.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical solutions to clients.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Design custom tooling fixtures and precision components using CAD software.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality control.
Oversee prototype development and testing before final production.
Ensure designs meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Requisitos - Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in precision tooling, manufacturing, or related industry.
? Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for fixture design.
? Sales & Customer Relations: Strong experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector.
? Leadership & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage projects, work with teams, and drive efficiency.
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
