Where: Old San Juan, Calle de O’Donnell, in front of Plaza de Colón, upstairs of Caficultura. Earn per hour: $11.50 (after a successful probatory period review, 12.50 per hour)
Job Description: Customer Service Specialist
Role: You will engage with our seafarers, providing excellent customer service and helping with operational tasks.
What you’ll do:
Greet seafarers at the entrance
Data entry
Cashier
Clean common areas when needed.
Must be willing to approach and greet the public.
Workdays, nights, holidays and weekends
Engage with seafarers while share promotion around Old San Juan.
Required be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English.
Sometimes visit cruise ships to promote the center.
Planning activities at the center.
Promote the center in social media.
Among other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requisitos - Requirements
Full Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Provide customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
Known about teamwork.
Excellent communicator with the ability to utilize Windows, PDF, Excel, and Word effectively.
Knowledge about the cash register.
Problem solver who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.
Able to interact with seafarers and potential concerns courteously and professionally.
Use basic information to solve problems.
Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through training and day-by-day.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
