Requisitos - Requirements
• Ability to operate diesel engines or a willingness to be trained in basic startup and shutdown procedures.
• Comfortable working with mechanical equipment and in noisy environments.
• Basic knowledge of engine monitoring, including reading gauges and interpreting engine indicators.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently during shift operations.
• Ability to accurately maintain records and logs throughout the shift.
• Clear and concise communication skills for relaying troubleshooting information to a mechanic.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to reach the worksite.
• Previous experience operating diesel engines or in similar roles is a plus.
• Understanding of basic mechanical and engine systems.
