Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Reconcile payroll data, including general ledger reconciliation
Handle accounts receivable tasks related to payroll
Assist with technical accounting tasks as needed.
Responsible for payroll processing and record filing, ensuring that employees receive correctly payment with appropriate retentions.
Audit electronic time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
Made payroll journal entries per payroll cycle and prepared accounting journal entries
Process request form for payment of bonus, sick, maternity and vacation hours.

Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelor´s in accounting or related
Previous experience working in a payroll or accounting role
Proficiency in using financial software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
