Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred but not required.
7+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit engagements.
Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Experience leading and supervising audit teams, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
