Job Summary: The Occupational Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive health and wellness services to all employees. This includes promoting occupational health and safety, conducting health assessments, managing workplace injuries and illnesses, and collaborating with management to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Requisitos - Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a related field.
Certifications: Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred, but not required.
Skills:
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant health and safety standards.
