• Observe and record patient behavior
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Collect patient health history
• Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate
• Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
• Research ways to improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes
• Assists doctors and other medical personnel by performing common patient care duties
• Provides and coordinates patient care
• Educates patients and the public about illnesses, diseases, and health conditions
• Works in nursing homes, hospitals, schools, and other medical facilities
• Supports doctors and medical professionals by performing various health functions

Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Nursing
Certified licensed nurse and active member of the Professional Nursing Organization
Fluent in Spanish and English (written & verbal)
Good communication skills and team player
Computer Literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Internet
Knowledge of applicable Regulations
Background in occupational health and case management preferred
Known and respected for confidentiality
