Has the overall responsibility to assure that its graduates possess the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behavior patterns that will enable them to function meritoriously as licensed chiropractic physicians. Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising all activities of the Health Centers, hospital rotations, externships, and residencies, including oversight of the clinical, and preceptorship curriculum and policies. This includes alignment of all Metacompetencies in pre-clinical and clinical courses and together with the Director of Academic Affairs make sure all the clinical courses follow UCC Health Centers guidelines, documentation, and outcomes. Assist the Dean in the coordination of the clinical preceptorships by coordinating the student’s clinical rotations with the affiliates designated personnel and assure compliance, proper participation, and ethics.

Requisitos - Requirements
The position requires visiting the clinical affiliates and maintaining a vetting strategy. Position will lead, develop, and apply a continuous quality improvement program, that establish short and long term programmatic clinical goals, resulting in the achievement of measurable outcomes that are used to improve programmatic curricular quality and ensure effective monitoring of compliance with accreditation standards and institutional goals. Will lead training to provide ongoing learning opportunities for staff and preceptors. In addition, stays up to date on curricular trends and requirements to develop innovative strategies according to school and institutional needs and goals.
