Descripcion
Prepares financial analysis and forecasts to support long-term and short-term financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and analysis. Supports the creation of tools to help drive decision making by providing technical input. Compiles annual budgets to generate forecasts and analyze trends in business performance, capital activity and operating expenses and internal management reporting. Owns cash flowing, including tax management, financial and budgetary controlling and reporting.
•Participate in preclosing and month end closing activities, risks and opportunities, forecasts and budgets meetings. •Prepare and present financial figures duly analyzed and validated for the month end, AOP, forecast and other scenarios as the company define• Analyze the pricing realization for the month, including the margin analysis •Develop insightful reporting, metrics and trackers within scope

Requisitos - Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting and/or Finance
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
3. Strong knowledge in computers (MS Office, Advanced Excel)
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks, able to work in a dynamic environment. Able to prioritize, handle interruptions and meet deadlines
5. Excellent interpersonal skills. Collaborative team player with process improvement mindset
6. Strong written and oral communication skills (Spanish and English)
7. Bilingual (English and Spanish)
8. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and manage conflicting goals
9. Strong financial acumen, analytical, problem solving, data management, and business partnership skills
10. Strong understanding of financial concepts
