-Perform installs, repairs, upgrades and perform preventative maintenance preventative maintenance, service repair, installations, demonstrations
-The identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication and involving appropriate site service personnel.
-Maintaining customer satisfaction
-Complete the Service Reports accurately and within the required time frame
-Must demonstrate ownership in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about delivering results, ability to establish the priorities of the moment by assessing the priorities communicated by the Manager, or the customer.
-Independently and efficiently complete PMs, FCOs, installations, and all related tasks
-Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
-Independently diagnose, resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems, and resolve customer issues.

Requisitos - Requirements
- Ability to visit clients across the island
- Associate degree in electronics/Computers or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of experience servicing medical equipment; general biomedical, computer repair, patient monitoring, ophthalmology equipment, c-arm, and/or X Ray experience is preferred.
-Fluent/Proficient in English/Spanish
-Working knowledge of electronic circuit boards, schematics, processors and computer hardware including applications, programming, and systems functionality.
-Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge
-Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record
You must be able to successfully perform the following:
Set up and tear down exhibition booth
Transport, move, or deliver demo equipment and parts
