Descripcion
The Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment will provide leadership and vision in the ongoing planning, implementation, development, direction, review and evaluation of the School of Medicine (SoM) curriculum and instructional services, education services, assessment, research and evaluation services. The Director ensures that the education objectives from the School of Medicine are align to accreditation standards and to instructional practices that yield the highest standards of student achievement and instructional excellence.

Requisitos - Requirements
Ph. D. in Education preferable or Master Degree in Medical Education, Instructional Assessment or other related areas. Proficiency with collection, entry, analysis, and interpretation of information systems. Preferably with experience in the evaluation area. Computer proficient particularly Microsoft 365 and SPSS. Able to speak and write in the English language. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Demonstrate ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
