Coordinate with hiring manager to identify staffing needs.
Determine selection criteria.
Search potential candidates through different sources.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, extend job offers and carry out the hiring process.
Manage selection tests.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Organize and/or attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Prepare periodic reports such as rotation of associates, staffing reports, management terminations, managerial needs and others.
Establish and maintain contact with universities, educational institutions, government agencies and / or employment in order to maintain contact to create a source of candidates.
Offer training for managers on the interview, selection and retention process.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Preferable Master degree.
Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hands-on experience with recruiting full-cycle, using various techniques and evaluation method.
Familiarity with resume database, social media recruitment sources and professional networks.
Experience in the administration of selection tests or other selection tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish and English.
Effective presentation skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications (Word / Outlook / PowerPoint / Excel / Access/SharePoint).
