Descripcion
The main function of the Retention Manager is to manage the Academic Advising team to achieve student service levels and retention budgets as set by NUC Online VP. In addition, this position will be responsible that the Department maintains all compliance and regulatory standards set by the institution, accrediting body(s), and federal regulations.

Requisitos - Requirements
B.A. degree in Business Administration, Education or related areas
2 years of management experience
Must have a strong commitment to education and have coaching and counseling skills
Effectively work with multiple databases and student platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
