Organized and highly motivated Bilingual Account Executive Assistant, with 2-4 years of Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience.
Responsibilities include providing customer service, managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and pending premiums. You will assist the Account Executive with all client servicing topics as needed, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our agency management system.

Requisitos - Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience or in a similar role
Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor, and control workflow deadlines and be flexible
Be energetic/have a proven sense of urgency
Technically/detailed oriented
Fully Bilingual (written and oral)
Strong follow-up, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
