DescripciónDescriptionSeeking a professional, motivated candidate to guide workers through all the necessary steps to become a Ready-to-Work Grant participant, to be hired as a Professional Services provider. Individual must be able to implement, administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitor and report the progress of the program.
Essential Duties
1. Provide group or individual orientation for interpreting and explaining PRTEC’s Ready-to-Work®, regulations, and procedures to potential workers/workers 2. Analyze new worker personal history, job skills, and education to determine services needed to succeed in gaining employment. 3. Identify and network with RtW training opportunities and higher learning institutions for worker referrals
Requisitos RequirementsA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is a must, a major course work in human resources /related services, counseling or a related field is preferred. Solid knowledge in Microsoft applications and Google platform is highly desired.
Experience Requirements:
1. Two years of experience in vocational or educational counseling is preferred.
