We’re looking for a proactive and responsible Property Manager to oversee our rental properties in San Juan. This role will focus on delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining property quality, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth operations and profitability.
Responsibilities:
*Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repairs with vendors and contractors
*Conduct regular property inspections
*Handle guest relations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
*Manage booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and update listings
*Manage claims, replace furnite and broken items
*Process rental income, expenses, and prepare monthly reports
*Manage marketing and improve occupancy rates
*Respond to emergencies and resolve property-related issues promptly
*Oversee inventory management and supply purchasing for each property
*Oversee recruitment and management of personnel.

Requisitos Requirements
• Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to visit properties as needed
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and property systems
• Proficiency with booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently
