Oversees planning, execution, and completion of projects for transferring manufacturing processes, technologies, or products between facilities or locations. Project Planning and Coordination, Stakeholder and Risk Management, Process Optimization, Documentation and Reporting. Coordinates teams across different geographies, ensuring effective communication between different time zones and cultures. Establish roles and responsibilities for each team member and department involved. Implement contingency plans for delays or failures in the transfer. Oversee implementation of lean manufacturing during and after the transfer. Identify improvement opportunities. Keep detailed records of every step, including process validation reports, performance data, and cost analyses. Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations to communicate status, risks, and outcomes.

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and ten (10) years of hands-on experience
managing projects and/or programs of increasing complexity, required. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), required. Green Belt / Black Belt Certification, preferred. Scrum Master Certification, preferred. Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification, preferred. Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodology, required.
Availability to travel to Dominic Republic. Temporary assignment for up to 18 months.
