Key Role in supporting HR and ensuring the smooth operations of department. Manage and collaborate with key activities and processes related to benefits, employee relations, compliance to promote a positive/engage environment.
Manage Benefits, employee engagement initiatives or program. Reinforce HR policies in all processes.Provides support to payroll process as backup to HR Representative.Responsible for maintaining updated and organizing all job descriptions.Supports all activities related to internal and external audits.Supports company Development Program strategy.Support all labor relations matters.Manage the recruitment process, including temporary employees.Manage onboarding and off boarding processes.Support employees’ requests related to Employment Verification, SINOT, among others. As a backup to HR Representative. Manage relations with stakeholders inside and outside the factory to reach an appropriate communication flow.
