DescripciónDescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with experience in accounting and bookkeeping to support our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong data entry skills, experience in reconciliations, and a solid understanding of tax and regulatory filings. This role requires the ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy in financial tasks. Key Responsibilities: Prepare invoices using Sage and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Perform account reconciliations and assist in data entry. Assist with SURI filings, basic tax filings, and other regulatory requirements. Support quarterly filings and general accounting tasks. Maintain organized records and ensure financial accuracy.
Requisitos RequirementsEducation & Experience: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounting support. Technical Skills: Experience in preparing invoices in Sage. Knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and data entry. Familiarity with SURI for tax and regulatory filings. Understanding of basic tax and regulatory requirements, including quarterly filings. Preferred experience with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and payroll/payment platforms like EFTPS or PRPay. Price Comment
