The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills and a deep understanding of financial principles. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP principles. Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheets and accounts payable/receivable. Generate and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage for efficient financial tracking. Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on technical accounting issues.

Requisitos RequirementsEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in general accounting and/or taxes. Knowledge and experience in preparing state and federal tax returns. Experience in payroll management and payment platforms, including EFTPS. Skills & Competencies: Bilingual (Spanish and English). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Preferably advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables), Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage Peachtree. Knowledge of payroll systems like PRPay. Proficiency in SURI platform.
