Job description
This role is essential in supporting the sales process and ensuring client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Client Support Supervisor and serves as a key liaison between Account Directors, clients, and the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Support the Sales team by maintaining accurate client data, preparing reports, and coordinating sales activities.
Ensure timely and complete documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Communicate effectively with clients, Account Directors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth sales operations.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM (Zoho) and company databases.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and necessary documentation for clients and prospects.

Requisitos Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience. An Associate Degree with 5 years of experience will also be considered.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
