We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments and collections.
Record and maintain all financial transactions in QuickBooks.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and bank reconciliations.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Provide administrative and accounting support as needed.
Requisitos RequirementsRequirements:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Practical knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
