In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity of our manufacturing processes, conducting investigations into any deviations or incidents, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough investigations into manufacturing deviations, incidents, or quality issues. - Analyze data, reports, and process documentation to identify root causes and contributing factors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs. - Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address identified issues and prevent recurrence. - Maintain accurate documentation and records of investigations and related activities
Requisitos Requirements*Qualifications: * - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance, with a focus on investigations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) is a plus.
