The EHS Lead supports the successful operation of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) by interacting cross functionally with internal customers and external service providers. The incumbent in this role, contributes to the completion of milestones associated with projects impacting the EHS team and may provide project management leadership on tasks specific to their functional area.
Position includes the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to coordinate activities to meet EHS training, documentation and document management. The scope of work ranges from relational to technical, while the scope of initiatives is from EHS training directive to company-wide business initiatives.

Take necessary steps to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Participate in the investigation of incidents, near misses and property damage incidents.
Alerts management when problems are identified and make recommendations for improvements.
Work Permits Audit
OSHA Trainings (10, 30 Hours General Industry)
EHS Events (PRMA, “Corrientes Verde”, Clients EHS Fair, MBA)
Collaborate with coordination of medical surveillance
Discuss any EHS related topic to our employees.
Educational
BS degree in a science; Advanced degree in Industrial Hygiene Safety, or Environmental Science.
Professional certification in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, or Environmental Science preferred
Years in HS&E field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Lead internal and external audits; assess operations to assure compliance to all applicable regulations and standards.
